Adding custom workouts to the calendar is more painful than having your teeth extracted. You have to navigate through multiple screens, with significant lags between them all, and significant risk of crashing between them all. If all you ever do is follow the plans or do your own thing, this app is fine. But it’s not at all user friendly if you prefer to program in your own custom workouts.
