I tried Molly’s 8 week reflux program and got a year subscription to the Flora app along with that. The Flora app has been essential in my reflux journey. For me personally I have had to work really hard to change my mindset around reflux and the app has multiple guided meditations and yoga videos that have helped me to reset my nervous and get out of fight or flight mode.
