I cancelled my subscription in January and got message that my account was cancelled and that I wont be charged anymore. Took a picture. Well glad that I checked my bank account. They had taken 12€ a month and customer service doesn’t return the money. They insist that I had changed the bank account even I can proof it has been the same all the time. Be careful with this company.
