I’ve been using this app for 14 years.
I started using this app during nursing school. I wasn’t sleeping well and started having panic attacks. I wanted to focus on my sleep quality and a friend recommended this app. I started using it when you had to put it under you pillow for it to track movement and I love that now you can just put it on your nightstand and it still tracks everything. I should probably try the 30 min wake window for best results but I do 20 minutes instead. I feel like I don’t wake up groggy and I enjoy that it wakes me as I’m already tossing a bit in the morning as I’m waking up. I love this app!!
