I had a very frustrating experience with CheapOair that has yet to be resolved. After calling to correct a simple flight time change, I was advised my booking needed to be canceled and reissued. I clearly confirmed that everything would remain the same. However, I later discovered that my travel insurance was removed and never reinstated.
