I love the chase app as it’s been extremely usable and always has my goal easily accessible. The most recent app update, however, made some changes that ruin the user experience in favor of promoting the “Points Boost” program, with no way of removing what is essentially an advertisement from my credit card management page. My user journey is typically to open my card account to immediately check how much I have pending in recent transactions, or to see what transactions are contributing to the current balance.
