I am writing here to complain about your customer service… I understand the use of automated phone systems and frequently ask questions to reduce your repetitive inquiries… But at some point when your customers have questions that are not answered online they need to be able to get through to someone. Your phone number does not give an option to dial zero through to a representative that is not acceptable. Even the option to email is not given. I like your product. It works very well. And I would rather pay a small fee to use it or pay for assistance with resolution if I need to. Just sim
