I’ve used and enjoyed the free version for a couple months, but then it started saying I was out of data even after it reset. Talked to support and they said I must have been flagged as trying to make multiple free accounts (?) and that my only option is to upgrade or walk away. I never did anything like that, and am not about to pay money to a service that locks me out by accusing me of stealing and tying to extort money by shutting down the free option. Absolutely atrocious customer service
