I accidentally purchased tickets for Midland, Texas, instead of Abilene, Texas. I sent email after email after email. it says that they will contact you after four business days. I never at any point got any response to see if I could transfer the nonrefundable tickets. I flushed $90 down the drain. I also, was worried that I wouldn’t be able to take my daughter to something she’s been looking so forward to. any business that doesn’t have a contact number to me is not being ran properly. No customer service is a big issue.
