I had previously place and order with another company for merchandise for my salon and it never came! I then found this company that had the same product! I placed an order and it was stated to allow 3 weeks for delivery and a shipping confirmation will be sent when it’s ready. In the meantime the first company after they received my complaint and poor review sent me the product (5 weeks later without any type of notification after I stopped payment). I reached out to this company (the seller) to ask could my order be canceled because I had not gotten a shipping confirmation notification as of
