Let’s start with the good. It looks nice and day to day haven’t had any issues. That’s it and if that’s all there was, I would leave a glowing review. HOWEVER, there is NO process to transfer to a new device. I got a new phone and have been working for TWO weeks so far to track down admins to take time out of their day to reach out to their institution to reassign soft tokens. VIP Access app was perfect with a short process, all was moved to the new device. If you have a choice in apps, choose the other one.
