I gave them photo proof that their delivery driver spilled my drink inside my bag completely soaking all my food so I refused to take the order and contacted support for a refund. They stole my money and said because I only took a picture of the soaking wet bag but not the actual receipt that I would not get a refund. This is terrible scam business practice. Order at your own risk only if you have no other options because if you’re food doesn’t come correctly they will give any excuse to keep your money. Jokes on them because I will dispute with my bank and get my money back *ssholes.
