U guys will go out of business if u don’t upgrade the security system of ur app or customer service TERRIBLE customer service as it was impossible to reach and when I did reach them for them to look into a fraudulent activity on my account the agent was not helpful, took 5min to respond to each question, but 1 second to leave when they thought they “answered all their questions” Obviously these agents hate their job and are not fit for the role. Software makes it so easy for u to pay with minimal security and sooooo difficult to reach out for false payments.
