DO NOT TRUST THEM!!! so far their camera has been OK. That’s the only reason why they got a two star for me. The audio is complete garbage in the camera that I have and it’s constantly cutting in and out so you can’t hear what people are saying. Their system that automatically picks up cars, barely picks up vehicles, and they like Skip across the screen, even though I’m paying every single month for Tapo care. So far the system is complete garbage do not trust it do not buy this camera , you have been warned

This app was recently changed and apparently bugs were fixed or something like that while I’m trying to get customer support and I can’t talk to a goddamn human being. Nothing will put me through to a goddamn human being. This is absolutely ridiculous. I’ve been searching for a long time and I’m about to start shopping on somewhere else because this app is now completely screwed up like 100% screwed up. I can’t find parts for my vehicle or anything now they seriously messed this app up. It’s 100% garbage now.
