I’ve been an Uber Eats customer for many years, but this is the last time! You give the order to someone on a bicycle, knowing the estimated delivery time will be 45 minutes! €50 for an order — and everything arrives cold and spilled. This is ridiculous. On top of that, you don’t allow customers to cancel the order before it’s even received and you threaten extra charges. I hope your company goes bankrupt.

Why do a hard update of the desktop version in the middle of the workday! Can’t you plan things like this?
