Waiting for more than 1 hour for the order, when tried to cancel the order, Rappi said that should contact the restaurant directly! The restaurant said that they couldn’t cancel the order, we didnt receive any food and didnt get any refund!!! Rappi claimed that order was ready!! How yall gonna solve this issue??
