Questionable customer service
I am submitting this review regarding my experience with Southwest customer service at San Diego International Airport between 5:00 a.m. and 6:30 a.m. on June 6.
After receiving incorrect directions when asking for assistance with checking my bag, I waited nearly an hour in the wrong line before being told to move to another line, where I waited an additional 40 minutes. When I reached security, I was informed that I could not use TSA PreCheck despite my boarding pass showing PreCheck status. A TSA officer advised that Southwest had me listed as a regular passenger.
