They requested for replacement for the item I initially chose, after choosing another item which was obviously in their inventory the replaced item was still not delivered and Noon did not even notify me. Though the item was not included in the total bill, it is still disappointing when you are expecting already the item you chose for the second time. Before the replacement, noon team already called me to check the app so i can choose another item, which made me feel disappointed more as if they can for the first time, why they did not call or even notify for the cancellation.
