So these so called deals makes it seem that the surcharge fees apply to hotel surcharges, if booked get back $25. Nope the surcharges fees apply to Travelzoo passing credit card fees to their members. However when first purchase a voucher, it states boldly that surcharge fees are refundable up to a few days prior the trip if cancelled. When the voucher is purchased the date is changed to 2 weeks and not made bold. When cancel a voucher all of a sudden the surcharge fees are no longer refundable. Thus Travelzoo does bait and switch of so called refundable fees that members are thinking are appl
