So I reloaded Dokkan battle after a while of not playing the since work consumed my time. I noticed the new broly carnival event and I wanted to get him and I should of gotten him but I didn’t. I shouldn’t have to spend to get dragon stones to try and get him. Regardless I did spend it hoping it would increase my chances but nothing. It’s very shameful that the chances are extremely low to get the new broly. I even did events I missed to rack up more dragon stones. But again I was ripped off from getting him. Maybe as a suggestion when you promo new lr characters raise the percentage so people
