Please fix it

It would be much better if It sent notifications in the morning based on the summary of the day (if it's going to rain, it's going to be a strong wind gusts, etc.) and not only based on government alerts, since it often rains but without an alert. Also, please add Daily forecast in the smart medium widget when it's after 20:00 pm, thank you.
