United Airlines has made my experience handling and training service animals incredibly efficient, easy, and with no stress. The staff are well trained, and most have a good idea of how to assist handlers and pet owners. The app allows me to add my service animal and have her information saved, the forms are easy to work through and I can add my animal easily to any flight. They are a lovely bunch of people to travel with and I want acknowledge and congratulate them on making a difference, and setting themselves apart from other airlines.
