I just changed my phone and I’ve tried all the sign in options and I CANNOT, for the life of me, get it to retrieve my old user account! It’s so frustrating and the process is so unnecessary lengthy. Now it charged me for another premium subscription for a new account that I don’t even want while I still have premium on my real one! For that and all the years of data I’m probably not getting back, including data from 2 pregnancies, I’m very disappointed that they can’t make this more straightforward for users.
