The app was a life saver bc I was having a issue with my financial payment and the anxiety could have ruined my whole night but the chat with a live person about the situation easy that burden and they were able to advise me what I would need to do when I came back to the hotel and with the customer service being open 24 seven I didn’t have to go all night not able to sleep and pray that something would happen in the next morning. Was able to go back to the hotel fix the issue and rest for the rest of the night. Thank you for having this feature available.
