This app is very poorly made — from all points of view. If you have a choice and your employer/use-case doesn’t force you to use this app, I recommend that you never take this app. All the menus are poorly designed and poorly described, nothing does what you think it should do, everything is as confusing as possible (and it seems intentional), etc. To make problems worse, now I permanently have a red notification badge on the app even if there are no notifications. Worst authenticator app ever.

Beware of “7 days free” paywall scam! They rely on the fact that some people forget they opted for the mandatory 50 USD after 7 days scheme, and lose their money. You can’t try anything unless you subscribe for 50 USD. I really can’t understand why Apple doesn’t condemn this behavior.

Just awful

This is a scam application in Romania, Bucharest. I used Uber services for about 5 years with around 500 rides total (it showed me the total when I deleted my account), but in the last 3-6 months the services COMPLETELY changed. Drivers don’t accept your ride unless is with a big enough surge (multiplier). Literally, if you are “unlucky” and Uber doesn’t put multipliers for your ride, you need to use Bolt or other apps that actually offer services, not scams. And when they accept the ride, it’s like you should feel very privileged… even if the drivers are almost all the time ex-taxi drivers OR

I just installed it and just a few short notes are available before forcing you to make an account or sign in. Pretty stupid - I want to see first what it is and what it offers - then I will consider to use it or not. Right now, I've uninstalled it and I don't think I will ever consider trying it again. Hope this review helps.
