I booked a trip from ny to Boston and they never told me my gate number to be picked up at. I arrived early to Port Authority where the bus was leaving from. I had to search all over for the Flixbus area and found out there is none and to go to the Greyhound gate. When I get to the help desk there is a line of people and one agent working. It is now 4:40pm and I am scared I’m going to miss the bus. When I finally get help they tell me the bus is leaving from gate 85. THIS WAS NOT LISTED ANYWHERE ON THE TICKET I BOUGHT.
