All I have heard about is how Apple and Microsoft have failed spectacularly in the AI race—that CoPilot has no sales, not utility, etc. Bit after using CoPilot for the past week across Outlook, Excel and Word, I am truly impressed. I can’t believe ChatGPT had Microsoft as a founding capital / strategic partner and didn’t develop integrated Office 365 AI capabilities. It’s an indictment on the leadership of ChatGPT, and they will sorely miss out on the low hanging fruit that Office 365 presented to them.
