While I love my 2023 CX-9 and the Mazda brand I am not a fan of the $10/month charge for their Mazda Connect app which allows me to check my doors and remote start in the winter. There is really no way to pause it during the warmer months. Most other vehicle brands offer much more pertinent information like oil level, individual tire pressure with in their touch system in their vehicle, one thing not offered in the app or in the in-vehicle information system. Mazda it would be much better received at a $50/yr fee for this very limited connect app for your customers.
