It takes a bit of work to learn to access various apps of the system. Also, the videos in the learning modules require earphones to hear sound, as you cannot hear from the phone’s speakers. Sound cuts off if you have to leave the app and come back when watching the videos, forcing a person to close the app and log back in. The tests in the learning platform are not compatible with phone layouts and cannot be completed unless using a desktop.
