I was a dedicated player, spent way more on this game than I care to admit. The recent changes completely ruined the game. Upgrading services requires a fortune in currency. For people who have been playing for years, this means city happiness is ruined and will take forever to recover from. It also requires far more service buildings which means less room for residentials or other special buildings.
