I attempted to transfer two of my four tickets and the app locked up and stated “We’ve detected unusual behavior on either your network or your browser”. The AI chat robot was useless, as they typically are. I called first level technical support twice and they were useless. The case was escalated to the next level of technical support, and they required all this information that took a long time to put together, and the answer to their many questions never came through on their end.
