The service was very good and friendly. The food was ok, but what really stood out in my 10 hour flight was the extreme low cabin temperature. Every wore their jackets and even with the provided blanket I was unable to sleep or enjoy my trip. The crew should adapt if they see people start putting their winter jackets on
