I purchased the H30, the scale seems good but the software just doesn’t work well. Has issues connecting the user, have to try multiple times before it works. On their website says up to 20 users but only lets me 8. Dissatisfied with the purchase, please fix the software. The scale seems good but the software needs improvement.
