Microsoft seems to be competing with Apple in the "let's change things, not because it's useful, or desirable, but because we can" model of software development. Screw usability. Everybody wants cleverness. Have some work to do? Open up 365 and tell the oh-so-adorable chat interface how you were misunderstood as a child.
