The order was confirmed and paid for, but we acknowledge that there were some mistakes, and the order was canceled due to the wrong location. We would like to provide the correct address instead. Unfortunately, this has been a very bad experience. We did not receive any call or explanation as to why the order was canceled despite the payment. We were hoping to cooperate and have the food delivered to the correct location. However, we received no response, and they directly informed us that there would be no refund at all!
