I love romance novels as much as the next girl, but I’m getting sick of these story apps that say “you direct the story! It’s your choice!” …um no. THAT IS FALSE ADVERTISING! Your money directs the story. How many “gems” you buy lets you see the story how you would actually want it to progress. I’ve played a similar romance game where you can pay (around $4) for the whole story and the choices are ACTUALLY yours to make- no paying extra for the right choices or waiting and/or using “keys” to read chapters.
