I booked a trip with this third party. The airline canceled the flight and when I reached out to them they refused to give me a refund and had me pay a cancellation fee to only get partial credit than what I paid for. They said it was the airline that was charging me to cancel. I called the airline and they said they were not charging me and that I should be getting a refund from the third party. Customer service refuses to help and they refuse to send me the logs of the conversations that I had with one of the agents. After hours of dealing with them and being threaten to be sent to collectio
