This app is absolutely horrible. If you want to frustrate yourself then try and do very simple task on this app. For some reason, my doorbell camera is constantly going off-line. And then when I try to bring it back online, there are no helpful troubleshooting steps. The thing has a mind of its own and just functions whenever it feels like it. All of their devices are cheap junk. They work part of the time. When you go on the app and try to arm or disarm your alarm it can take several minutes and then not even do it because the system is off-line. All while saying, it is actively online. The a
