Thanks for this great customizable app. Sometimes takes a few times to sync with Apple Watch. Also is there a way to sync app with Mac and copy/paste from Excel into here? Is there a way to pick and choose what timers to send to Apple Watch? Can you create folders to group timers? Can you set up personalized defiant custom timers? Can you change vibration for 15 second reminder before next interval?
