Intuitive interface and email management. However, doesn’t support global directory from Google… meaning I have to manually look up email address as opposed to simply typing in a name within our organization. As well, there appears to be a lag between syncs of the iOS/iPadOS app and the macOS app where messages don’t sync for hours. Makes it difficult to review messages (received or sent) between devices as I have to wait for all devices to sync. In Gmail app and Apple Mail app all messages sync within a minute. As well, when writing a draft, there’s no way to minimize the draft window on iPad
