Support continues to be unhelpful, even after I provided all the requested proof. Unfortunately, some things never change with this game—from the bot farms to inconsistent support, to the ongoing favoritism toward Chinese players. The price disparity between regions is also unacceptable; Chinese players consistently receive cheaper pack prices compared to what American players are charged. If I can save other players any time or money, my honest advice is this: skip this game and play something more free-to-play friendly, like Game of War.
