CityMaps2Go was the one app I recommended more than any other. I urged people to buy the pro version. I have used this app for more than a decade, in probably 50 or more countries. In 2021, however, I had an extremely glitchy experience - not in a less developed country, but in Maine, USA. After that, the app recovered slightly. But with the upgrade to iOS 16, and now 16.2, the app does not function. It still works on my old iPad, which is at an earlier iOS.
