Freenow charged me 15,00 euros (almost double what I’ve paid before with a different service), instructed me to click to pay, then sent me a taxi with the meter running. Actual ride cost was 10 euros per the meter. No way to contact anyone at freenow, just a robot and “leave a message.” They care so much about your concerns that they don’t even bother to respond in under 24 hours. Freenow, where’s the 5 euros you overcharged? Why don’t you have ANY HUMAN to handle immediate concerns? Absolutely terrible
