I have been playing this game for years and have enjoyed it. Recently they have been having quite an increase in problems. The problem I have with them is that they do not do very well at answering customer service questions quickly and they don’t care what happens when something has gone wrong with the game. They always have an excuse as to why it happened and it’s not their fault. They tried to give little insignificant things as compensation, but it’s never good enough.
