Great Variety and easy to use App
I have been using just the free “Massive Upper Body” and “Stringer LowerBody” workouts. I do one a day 5 days a week and within the first two months I lost 15 lbs with no change in diet. The next couple months has increased my definition and endurance. I am getting ready to try the free 7 day trial for the other workouts because I am excited to see where I can go outside of repeating the free ones. I love the 7 min AI workout as well. Nice and quick little HIIT exercise to get me moving on days where I am not feeling up for a full workout. Regardless of your goals this app is fantastic.
