I notice immediately after placing an order that the card used was not the default card but the last card used. I try to use help center, and it was nowhere to be seen. After 22 I notice that there are 3 phone lines for when the chat function is closed. The lines dont connect to anywhere. Finally I get ahold of a service support person the next day after waiting for the next available timeslot where chat function is available and they say because it took too long for me to get ahold of them grab is powerless to help. An emotional support balloon would have been better for helping my issue than
