I’m really having a hard time right now. My mom has health problems and needs her maintenance medication. I also have an emergency bill, and our house rent is due today. This is the only money I have, and my pay was paused for 2 days. Please fix this as soon as possible. I also hope your agent can handle this properly. I keep being told that it’s passed to the team, but nothing happens and the call just ends. Please help me urgently.
