I am extremely dissatisfied 🤬 with the Preply app and their system. It is very difficult to resolve any issues because you cannot speak directly with a real person, only automated agents respond. The problems remain unresolved. The payment system is very confusing, and there are automatic charges without clear warning. It is also almost impossible to get a refund. 🤬🤬🤬Overall, the whole process is very unclear and frustrating. I am very disappointed with this application and the level of customer support.
