Accidentally booked the wrong start time for parking in a garage and discovered you can’t change it online or through the app, can’t cancel the reservation and start over, etc. Tried to contact the company through the app but it says there’s no live help and they’ll get back to you. This must be a common error, it’s crazy that you can’t adjust the times if you haven’t started the session yet!
