I’m a fitness coach, and have to direct multiple groups with (often) different directions and using this app helps free me from the paper template that contains the programming. I’ve been using this for 4+ years and rely on it. But with the latest IOS update, you can no longer use it with an Apple Watch 4. So as of right now, I’m stuck using my phone and trying desperately NOT to mistakenly put it down anywhere. But I still rely on the app for keeping track of the intervals (and have it set up to “tap” me half way during each).
